Thank you for your interest in our Give Kids A Smile program at Fones School of Dental Hygiene!
All preventive dental care, including dental screening/exam, dental cleaning, oral hygiene instruction, fluoride treatment, xrays and sealants will be provided at NO CHARGE!
Services will be provided by our student interns under supervision of our faculty.
Please indicate below your preference of a morning or afternoon appointment and how many children would need appointments.
Our patient care coordinator will contact you at the cell number or email address that you provide and assist in registration.
It is our goal to provide dental care for as many children as possible!
