Our goal is to provide high quality care to our patients and respect their schedule as well. In fairness to other patients, and the office staff, we require a minimum of one business day when changing or canceling an appointment.
Because we are closed Fridays, one business day for a Monday appointment is a Thursday.
Regardless of the reason given, patients who fail to provide the required notice for canceling or rescheduling two appointments within a three year period will be dismissed from the practice or given the option to pre-pay for treatment in order to schedule an appointment.
We have many different ways that your appointments may be confirmed, including email and texting to your mobile device. Please let us know your preference.
The Broken Appointment Policy also applies to minors. The parents of the minor will be assessed a broken apppointment for that minor for a missed appointment.
